本產品是一種高效除塵設備,適用于糧食、食品、飼料、輕工、礦山、水泥、木工等行業的除塵和粉塵回收作業。該產品清灰技術先進,除塵效率高,結構簡單,維修操作方便,工作可靠。 本產品采用圓柱形箱體,含塵空氣由切向進入,沿壁下旋,含塵空氣進箱體時,氣流通過的截面突然增大,流速驟減,因此,顆粒較大的塵粒在自重、離心慣性力和筒壁阻力等影響下,從氣流中分離出來,沿壁沉降到箱體底部,其余塵粒被滯阻在濾芯上,凈化后的空氣由濾芯排出,隨著濾芯外壁塵粒的增加,除塵器阻力將相應增大,過濾能力逐漸減弱。為此,脈沖控制儀定時發出信號,循序打開電磁脈沖閥,使氣包內的壓縮空氣由噴吹管進入濾芯(稱為一次風),在此同時這股高速氣流還會誘導數倍于一次風的空氣進入濾芯(稱為二次風),使濾芯急劇膨脹,隨后噴吹終止,濾芯急劇收縮,一脹一縮,使積附在濾芯上的塵粒抖落,保證濾芯處于良好的工作狀態。由于清灰過程是在濾芯進行的,始終不切斷含塵空氣,所以在這過程中,除塵器的處理能力基本保持不變,其脈沖間隔,寬度可以任意調整,以適應不同工況(塵粒性質、含塵濃度、過濾風速等)。

This product adopts a cylindrical box, where dust containing air enters from the tangential direction and rotates downwards along the wall. When the dust containing air enters the box, the cross-sectional area through which the airflow passes suddenly increases and the flow rate suddenly decreases. Therefore, larger dust particles are separated from the airflow under the influence of self weight, centrifugal inertia force, and cylinder wall resistance, and settle along the wall to the bottom of the box. The remaining dust particles are blocked on the filter element, and the purified air is discharged by the filter element, As the dust particles on the outer wall of the filter element increase, the resistance of the dust collector will correspondingly increase, and the filtering ability will gradually weaken. To this end, the pulse control instrument sends out a signal at a fixed time and sequentially opens the electromagnetic pulse valve, allowing the compressed air inside the air bag to enter the filter element (referred to as primary air) through the blowing pipe. At the same time, this high-speed airflow also induces several times more air than the primary air to enter the filter element (referred to as secondary air), causing the filter element to expand rapidly. Subsequently, the blowing ends, and the filter element contracts rapidly, expanding and contracting, causing the dust particles accumulated on the filter element to shake off, Ensure that the filter element is in good working condition. Due to the fact that the dust removal process is carried out on the filter element and the dust containing air is never cut off, the processing capacity of the dust collector remains basically unchanged during this process. Its pulse interval and width can be adjusted arbitrarily to adapt to different working conditions (dust particle properties, dust concentration, filtering wind speed, etc.).
